"2011 New Employee Training Program " Concluded in Beijing

From August 1st to 5th, 2011, the company organized the "2011 Beijing New Employee Training Program ". 87 new employees from offices of the headquarters, subsidiaries in and out of Beijing and the holding companies participated in the program.


Mr. Zhou Yuxiang, General Manager of Sinopharm International, elaborated his wishes to the new employees which are: quickest possible adaptation to the corporate environment, preservation of individual characteristics and personality, active and aggressive spirit, courage of exploration, fearlessness of setbacks, firm and indomitable undertaking of responsibilities.


The contents of training programme cover : “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” Development Strategy, Career planning, Human resource management, Compulsory career knowledge and Fundamental skills etc. Besides, the new employees are organized to visit the bonded areas of Tianjin port for on-spot study, discussion, communication and art shows.


After training, the new employees have understood the excellent corporate culture and spirit, clearly recognized the current opportunity of development and consolidated the sense of responsibility and mission. The new employees expressed to plunge themselves into new jobs with enthusiasm and passion, and will dedicate wholeheartedly to the development of Sinohparm International and achievement of its “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” Strategic goals.
